We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
2. User Accounts
When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to disable your account if we believe you have violated these Terms or if you have been inactive for an extended period.
3. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights you hold in the prompts you submit. By submitting a prompt or request to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You agree not to submit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable.
4. AI-Generated Content
The images created through our Service are generated by AI systems. While we strive for high-quality outputs, we cannot guarantee that the generated content will meet your specific requirements or be entirely free from errors or biases.
By using our Service, you understand and acknowledge that:
- The AI may generate content that is similar to existing works, though we implement measures to avoid direct copying.
- You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring that any AI-generated content used by you complies with applicable laws and regulations.
- We do not claim ownership of the AI-generated images, but usage is subject to our license terms below.
5. Licensing of AI-Generated Images
For users of our free service, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the AI-generated images for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
For subscribers to our paid plans, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the AI-generated images for both personal and commercial purposes, subject to the limitations in these Terms.
In all cases, you may not:
- Claim copyright or exclusive ownership of AI-generated images.
- Use the images for unlawful purposes or to generate content that is discriminatory, offensive, or harmful.
- Resell or redistribute the AI-generated images as stock photos or in image collections.
6. Subscription Plans and Billing
We offer both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees in accordance with the billing terms. Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of your subscription and on each renewal date.
Prices for subscription plans may change, but we will notify you before implementing any price changes. Price changes will take effect at the next billing cycle.
7. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: For new subscribers, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase.
- Service Unavailability: If our service is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for the affected period.
- Duplicate Charges: If you've been charged multiple times for the same subscription period, we will refund the duplicate charges.

Non-Refundable Cases: Refunds will not be issued for:
- Usage of image generation credits that have already been consumed
- Subscription cancellations after the 30-day money-back guarantee period
- Violations of our Terms of Service
8. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever, regardless of the form of the action, will be limited to the amount paid by you to us for the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
